The lovely breakfast patio was a highlight, and the really good service made every moment enjoyable. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and personalized attention from the staff made us feel at home during our stay.

I liked comfortable modern and brand-new room here.

the hotel was fairly clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive. great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with 2 queen beds, a terrace; everyone is welcome here. the service was impeccable and the food was good. besides, free parking was an extra advantage.

The mattress was impossibly hard, wrapped in some plastic like a cheap sofa from a garage sale. Breakfast service was slow, took almost forever. And, seriously, I expected a complimentary gesture upon arrival. Didn't anyone realize I was there for more than just the average stay? I almost wrote a good review, but I just couldn't.

Staff friendly, greeted us with mezcal. The breakfast patio is lovely. Our mattress felt uncomfortably hard. Would have liked faster service at breakfast.

The staff were super friendly, effortlessly helping us book a city tour! The location is a blissful short walk to the main cathedral square, surrounded by vibrant tropical plants and huge palm trees! Clean, spacious rooms with a little balcony made it perfect.
